SAMSUNG CONFIRMS DATA BREACH FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS YEAR

On Friday, Samsung confirmed that the company has experienced a data breach, which is the second time this year. Samsung acknowledged the impact of the data breach varies from each customer. Among the data that may have been exposed is contact information, product, credit, and debit card details of affected customers. Samsung confirmed this data breach did not include Social Security Numbers.
